About ESD #1

Created in 1991, Jefferson County Emergency Services District #1 (JCESD #1) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas authorized by Article II, Section 48-3, of the Texas Constitution and governed by Chapter 775 of the Health and Safety Code to provide fire prevention and fire-fighting services. Located near Bevil Oaks, Texas, the district serves approximately 32 square miles.
